5 cups of beverages, almond milk, unsweetened
6 medium portions of breakfast cereal Fruit and Fiber
2 medium bananas
350 grams of blueberries, raw
Peanut Butter (optional)

Cooking Method

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blitz it for 3-5 minutes.

Then simply pour your smoothie in a glass and serve it.
